There's no place like Home!
A few weeks later, fresher than in the previous competition, DR-04 started its engine for the first time just before Formula Student Czech Republic! As you may know, this was not our first rodeo in the Czech Republic, but you’ll soon find out that this year was like no other.
A few weeks later, fresher than in the previous competition, DR-04 started its engine for the first time just before Formula Student Czech Republic! As you may know, this was not our first rodeo in the Czech Republic, but you’ll soon find out that this year was like no other.
No matter how far we are going, we’re always returning home. We also love to be close with the people that get us completely and that would be other Romanian FS teams. That brings us to one of the most heartwarming moments of this season – Formula Student Balkans. This was the first edition of FS Balkans and it was not so much about who was the best FS team there but mostly about how we can help each other to be better.
There is something so magical about doing what you love most in your own home. When you get to feel that thrill of a FS competition while being on your land, hearing your language, and seeing your people it just feels like a big family gathering. Imagine, 4 teams from 4 different corners of the country reunited in Brasov sharing tips and tricks, and stories from the competitions that each one attended this past summer. No one understands how it feels to be a growing Formula Student team in Romania better than other Romanian teams and we are so grateful to have met them again this year.
Now not only the season, but the year is coming to an end. And a glorious one too, because 2023 was such a kind year to us.
If you are wondering, yes, we are already back to business, getting ready for new adventures. We will come back with updates on our work, so don’t forget to share our spirit with your friends and follow us on social media.
